Delete your account

You can delete your TibiaTracker account (developer: Sanveware sp. z o.o.) and the data linked to it at any time. An account is optional — if you never signed in, we hold no account data about you.

In the app

1. Open TibiaTracker and make sure you're signed in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm with Delete permanently.

The account is deleted immediately.

If you signed in with Apple, you'll be asked to confirm with Apple once more — this lets us revoke TibiaTracker's access to your Apple ID.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email contact@tibiatracker.app with the subject “Delete account”, from the address you use to sign in (or include that address in the message). We'll delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

• Account details: email address, account ID, and the name (with Google also a link to the profile picture) passed to us by Google or Apple at sign-in
• Tracked characters (VIP list), favourite worlds and the Market watchlist
• Notification settings, device tokens and signed-in devices
• Linked characters with their level history and link history
• Linked Twitch and Kick channels

What we keep

• Issue reports you filed — they stay, but lose their link to your account and become anonymous.
• Login, logout and level-up records of your linked characters are removed automatically within 7 days.
• Public game data about characters (highscores history, current world) isn't linked to any account and follows the schedule described in the privacy policy.
• Data saved only on your device stays there until you uninstall the app.
